GREEK PRINCESS - Sealine 310 Statesman (1992) - Our Family's Trips and Adventures
Headed to the boat for a quick bit of maintenance as we needed to replace the Raw Water Pump on the Starboard Engine, and x2 new pencil anodes one in each heat exchanger. All done without a hitch in under 2 hours.

We arranged to meet up with Lee & Chrisie at Haslar Marina and manage to get them a mooring next to us. Not often we get together on the water.

The weather has been getting hotter this week reaching into the 30's so we headed for the boat and headed to Berthon Marina Lymington. Had a techie problem when starting so drove the boat from downstairs were it run absolutely fine, also was a bonus as it was a windy journey down to Berthon.

We headed to East Cowes to cover the Berth Holders Party, the weather was amazing wall to wall sun, amazing. Greek Princess is finally up together and ran well.

Gave both engines a full service, new oil, new oil filters, new fuel filters, new spark plugs and heat exchanger pencil anodes. Ran engines up started perfectly all good for another couple of seasons as normally service bi annually as only did 20hrs per year.

Managed to get to the boat today and added an Anchor Strop to the new windlass to ensure the chain doesn't play out whilst underway.

Went to the boat this weekend to finally replace the old Simpson Lawrence Windlass with a New Lewmar VX1 Windlass. All went really well, had re drill the foredeck in a few places and plug the old chain feed hole. All went well and by the end of the day everything was done and working.
