Shift Cable casting missing - 20th Sept 2021

We returned safely into Haslar from Beaulieu but discovered the shift cable cover casting on the starboard leg was missing and had fallen off on our return journey. It was definitely there when we left as I had cleaned it with the broom....must have dislodged something maybe? Anyway good news managed to get one second hand from ebay so a few days later all sorted.

Port Leg top casting OK
Top casting missing/fallen off
New top casting on Starboard leg
Will spray to match when we lift out

August Bank Holiday get away - 27th/30th August 2021

We really struggled to get a mooring as all the marinas were full as so many people are doing the stay-cation thing that its really difficult to get in anywhere unless you book weeks in advance. We stopped on the boat on the Friday 27th and then on Saturday 28th we headed to East Cowes with the Sarah, Kev, Jude, Little Zena and Charlie.

We headed to the light sip for dinner
